The presence of Author Chocolate at the Taste of Florence is now a proud tradition, the most glamorous event in Italy, dedicated to the excellence of taste and food lifestyle.
Every year hundreds of the best companies of the Peninsula meet the great international operators of high class italian gastronomy, as well as a large audience of food lovers.
Moreover, Taste is above all one of the most important business platforms and a container of trends and ideas on the contemporary culinary scene. From next 9th-11th March, this edition will propose a special focus on the "planet Bread", a food that has always been symbol of tradition and sharing.
These values are very important for Autore chocolate which, as an artisanal chocolate maker, will present special easter eggs: white chocolate egg with pistachio and salt, milk chocolate egg with caramel and pistachios and white chocolate egg with salted almonds.
