We’ve combined a crunchy mix of superior hazelnuts and almonds on a copper-made caramel with chocolate spread to create a palm-oil-free croccantino-flavoured paste that’s perfect by itself or with every pastry or croissant. Almonds from Bari (South Italy), hazelnuts from Avellino (close to Naples) crystallized within pieces of caramel and completed by a smooth chocolate cream give a complete tasting experience even for the most sophisticated ones. Try it on a slice of banana bread!
